- What kind of jobs do young people not want to do in your country?
India is a developing country, and every type of job, from labour to blue-collar, is available here. The young generation of India does not want to do jobs that are tedious, boring and laborious. They do not want to do any work in which they have to work more but are paid less. Youngsters like jobs that are interesting, high paying and have fewer work hours.
- Who is best at advising young people about choosing a job: teachers or parents?
I think teachers have more knowledge about career opportunities and job trends. Some parents are not aware of the recent developments in the job market. But teachers know which jobs are popular. They can understand the interest of students and suggest to them about an appropriate career.
- Is money always the most important thing when choosing a job?
Yes, money is a huge determining factor while opting for a job. A low paying job is a primary cause that makes people unsatisfactory for their work. Even people can tolerate unfavourable working conditions if they get more salary, but the opposite is not true. Therefore, saying that money is always the first thing people consider before taking a job is not false.
