Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain to you about the failed garbage collection system in my colony.

My name is Rahul, and I am a resident of Greater Kailash Colony. From some years, the municipality ordered the all resident to throw rubbish at a fixed place of the colony. Municipal corporation’s workers came every day to pick garbage from this place. But from many days, no one is coming to collect trash.

Because of the above-said reason, a large heap of the trash has formed, which seems inappropriate in this beautiful settlement. As the weather is now hot, rubbish has started decomposing and causing a stench in the nearby homes; this odour is increasing day by day. Also, when the weather is windy, this trash spreads everywhere and spoil the view of this area.

To overcome this issue, you should instruct your employees to pick garbage from this place as soon as possible. More delay can cause the spread of vector-borne diseases. After that, you can start collecting trash from every home so that it does not pile up if any worker does not come for one or two days. But you should ensure the collection of rubbish from homes every day. I hope you accept my request, send workers immediately to pick the litter and think about my suggestion.

I await your prompt response.

Yours faithfully,
Rahul
