This Agreement is an understanding between IELTS EXTREMES and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Return and refund

We do not charge any money for reading content on this website. But in case you decide to take a Demo Class for any of our courses, we charge a small amount of money, which is non-refundable, even if you do not attend the class. But if we cancel your Demo Class, we refund the amount in 15 days. If you want to join any of our online courses, you are highly encouraged to join the Demo Class first to check the quality and method of our teaching. If you join any course after payment and decide not to continue taking classes, we do only a partial (50% of the total payment) refund within the first seven days. After seven days, no refund can be initiated. The refund is done in 15 days. If we cancel your joining, the same time is taken to refund. Your joining is non-transferable.
