  • Understand the question and paraphrase it. Do not only copy the question and write it.
  • Writing ‘overall’ is important.
  • Do not write any information from your knowledge; explain what is given. 
  • Comparing data is vital.
  • Never miss key features in the chart, graph, diagram, or any other type of representation.
  • Use different sentence structures.
  • Write data clearly.
  • Make 3 or 4 paragraphs.
